Productivity doesn't have to mean burnout. Through Frogs and Feats, I'm here to help you tackle your tasks with intention, community, and a little creativity.
Through live-stream body doubling sessions, I create a virtual space where you can work alongside me and others, making progress on your goals at a pace that works for you. It's slow productivity in action: focused, sustainable, and surprisingly effective.
I'm also passionate about journaling as a tool for clarity and momentum. Whether you're planning your day, processing your thoughts, or tracking life’s challenges, I share tips and insights to help you build a practice that supports your unique rhythm. And because I love making journaling fun, I create stickers that bring a little joy to your pages.
Most importantly, Frogs and Feats is a community. I'm building a supportive space where people can show up as they are, celebrate small victories, and remind each other that progress—not perfection—is what matters.
Each live stream is a 3-hour window designed to help you tackle what matters most. This is your "frog." Inspired by Mark Twain's advice to "eat the biggest frog first" and popularized by Brian Tracy in his book Eat That Frog!, we focus on identifying and working through that one habit or task you must get done. While many virtual body doubling services charge for access, I believe this kind of support should be free for everyone.
We start by identifying our frogs. I share mine, and you're invited to name yours in the chat. What's the one thing that, if you accomplished it today, would make everything else easier?
Then we get to work, each of us doing our separate task together. I'm working on my frog, you're working on yours, and there's something powerful about knowing you're not alone in the effort. It's body doubling at its best: accountability without pressure, focus without isolation.
Some sessions also include time where I talk about journaling methods that have worked for me, whether it's brain dumps, habit tracking, or reflection prompts. And I love hearing from the community too, so others have the chance to share what's been working for them.
At the end, we check in. How much progress did we make on our frogs? What are the next steps? Even if you didn't finish, you moved forward—and that's what counts.
Journaling has been one of the most powerful tools in my productivity journey, and I am looking forward to sharing what's worked for me on my slow productivity journey.
I'll be diving into the journaling methods and prompts that have helped me stay focused, process my thoughts, and build momentum on what matters. Whether you're curious about brain dumps, habit tracking, reflection practices, or finding a system that fits your life, this space will be full of practical tools you can try.
Un-frog-ettable content hopping your way soon!
I've started making stickers because, let's be honest, they make journaling way more fun! Right now, I'm in the process of creating journaling sticker sheets that I have find useful things like habit trackers, mood logs, and task reminders, plus some that are just purely fun and cute.
BUT! you can already purchase some stickers or merch on Redbubble right now to support my efforts. Whether you're sprucing up your planner or just want to add a little personality to your pages, I hope these bring some joy to your journaling practice!
